My Values

Authenticity

Wellness and yoga teachers should prioritize being genuine and true to themselves, as well as encouraging their students to embrace their own authenticity. This means teaching from a place of honesty, openness, and vulnerability, and creating a safe space for students to explore and express themselves.

Mindfulness

Wellness and yoga teachers should emphasize the importance of mindfulness in their teachings. This involves cultivating present-moment awareness, non-judgment, and acceptance. By guiding students to be fully present in their bodies and minds, teachers can help them deepen their connection to themselves and the world around them, leading to greater overall well-being.

Compassion

Wellness and yoga teachers should embody and cultivate compassion, both towards themselves and towards others. This includes being understanding and supportive of their students' individual journeys and challenges, as well as practicing self-compassion and self-care. By fostering a compassionate environment, teachers can help students feel seen, heard, and accepted.
